Why A Central Vac System Like The Beam Vacuum Is Worth It

If you have had enough of dragging around your clunky, junky portable vacuum cleaner then considering a Beam vacuum or another central vacuum system might be just what you need. Not all vacuums were built equal, and unfortunately when it comes down to it most affordable portable and upright vacuums just don’t cut it anymore. Machines that used to be the staple of the industry are quickly being tossed by the wayside in favor of some of the original vacuum systems made much more practical now thanks to advances in technology.

Central vacuum systems have, as it was alluded to earlier, been around for a very, very long time. Over 100 years, in fact. Yet the original central vacuum systems were expensive, bulky, and generally impractical until technology finally caught up with their design. Now, thanks to the rising prices of traditional upright portable vacuums and the decrease in the price of the parts used to make central vacuums, they are more affordable than ever before. Portable vacuums serve their purpose, but if you really want a vacuum that will work great and last a long time you need to pay almost as much as you would for a high quality central vacuum system, without any of the benefits.

Central vacs like the Beam vacuum simply work better. They are quieter than their upright cousins, more convenient to work with since you don’t need to drag the motor and dustbin for your vac around the house with you, and far more effective than your average portable vacuum. This is why hypoallergenic people all over the world choose to use central vacuum systems: they not only suck up dirt and dust better, but they dump the waste elsewhere in the house and vent the dirty air outside rather than back in the same room you are trying to clean. Compared to performance like that, portable vacuums just don’t stand a chance.
